- Introduction
Welcome to Grow Elite Advisory (“Grow Elite”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Grow Elite Advisory provides public courses, seminar, HRD Corp-claimable training and Corporate advisory services, delivered through both physical (in-person) and online courses within Malaysia. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they govern your use of the Site and Service. By purchasing, using and/or accessing the Site and/or Service (as the case may be), you agree to be bound by all the Terms of Service herein. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we do this, we will notify you in advance of the change(s) and/or modification(s). Any such change(s) and/or modification(s) will take effect on the date specified in the relevant notice (the “Effective Date”). Your continued use of the Service after the Effective Date constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
2. Disclaimers
Grow Elite Advisory (“Grow Elite”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides educational programmes, training, and learning resources related to stock market investing, trading, and financial literacy, with the objective of helping participants develop the knowledge and skills to make their own independent financial decisions.
Grow Elite Advisory and its associated companies are not licensed investment advisers or financial planners under the laws and regulations of Malaysia.
All information, materials, presentations, market commentary, analyses, opinions, strategies, views, and educational content provided by Grow Elite Advisory or any third-party contributors are intended strictly for general educational and informational purposes only. Such content does not constitute, and should not be construed as, financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Grow Elite Advisory does not provide personalised investment recommendations or regulated investment advisory services, nor does it represent or hold itself out as providing investment advice within the meaning of the guidelines issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia, including the Guidance Note on Provision of Investment Advice dated 30 December 2020.

3. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are:
At least 18 years old; or
Accessing the services under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorised company representative.
4. Registration and Participation
Participants may be required to register for training programmes via our website or other
approved channels.
Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any registration at our discretion.
5. Fees and Payment
All training fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the training unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees stated are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For HRD Corp claims, participants/employers are responsible for ensuring eligibility and submission compliance.
6. Intellectual Property
All training materials, modules, content, and resources remain the intellectual property of Grow Elite Advisory. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Grow Elite Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Privacy Policy

Grow Elite Advisory is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data
Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) of Malaysia.
1. Personal Data Collected
We may collect and process the following personal data:
Full name
NRIC/Passport number (where required for certification or HRD Corp purposes)
Contact details (email address, phone number)
Company name and designation
Payment and billing information
2. Purpose of Collection
Your personal data is collected and used for:
Processing training registrations and payments
Delivering training and advisory services
HRD Corp grant/claim submissions (if applicable)
Communication of updates, schedules, and relevant offerings
3. Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. However, your data may be disclosed to:
HRD Corp (for claimable training programmes)
Payment gateway providers
Regulatory or government authorities where required by law
4. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, or
disclosure.
5. Data Retention
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above or as
required under Malaysian law.
6. Your Rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
Request access to your personal data
Request correction of inaccurate data
Withdraw consent (subject to legal or contractual restrictions)

7. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website.
Refund & Cancellation Policy (Effective 1st May 2026)
1. Cancellation by Participant
If you change your mind after enrolling, you may request a refund by submitting a written request to hello@growelite.org within five (5) business days from the date of enrollment.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, subject to the deduction of any applicable administrative fees, payment gateway charges, or finance charges. If you request the refund to be made via a different payment method, any additional transaction or finance charges incurred by Grow Elite Advisory may also be deducted from the refund amount.
No refunds will be granted after five (5) business days from the enrollment date or where the enrollment is made less than seven (7) days before the course commencement date.
This is because administrative processing costs may have already been incurred and/or course materials, including access to the online learning portal and training resources, may have already been provided.
However, participants may submit a request to transfer their enrollment to another individual, subject to prior approval by Grow Elite Advisory.
2. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule training participation must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and approval.
3. Cancellation or Postponement
Grow Elite Advisory reserves the right to cancel or postpone training due to unforeseen circumstances
(e.g. insufficient participants, trainer unavailability, force majeure).
4. No-Show Policy
Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
